Definitions:

Dispute resolution covers any dispute that you may need help resolving. Sometimes just knowing your legal position or even a letter from your legal adviser can assist in getting a solution.

Collaborative Law Process is a formal process where parties agree to resolve their disputes without making application to Court and by meetings between the parties and their legal advisors rather than exchange of letters and Court documents. See www.collaborativelaw.org.nz

Civil litigation includes many issues  including Trust disputes and in relation to estates and wills (including probate and administration).
